“Our time slot was potentially going to be cancelled due to weather, Triedente offered an earlier time slot but we wanted to be out with the sunset (whole purpose of this) weather permitting. They decided 30 minutes beforehand that we could go and sent a text. There was no way to be there on time to make it. We should have cancelled. They would not refund (because they have a 24 hour cancellation policy even though they offered to cancel).”
