“Our pick up at the airport transfer to our air bnb was very good. Our drivers were Filipe and Walef. This was on May 7. However, our transport from our air bnb to the airport on May 11 was a totally different experience. One of the drivers Alda was good, but the other one, Rafael was not. He was very, very rude, snarly, argumentative and almost aggressive. This guy should not be driving and not to be any part of your company. He has very poor interpersonal skills.”
