“Due to a closed route, we had to walk another path which included stairway to heaven and PR3 which we lovely - highly recommend that trip as well. There weren’t that people on that time of the day. WE WERE INFORMED ABOUT THAT AND CONFIRMED TO TAKE THAT TRIP. Our guide Nuno was very kind, funny and friendly. Nuno gave us some local useful tips that we will use while we are on Maderia. He and the coordinators, were good at informing us about the changes, trip, pickup time etc.”

The ship said we might not get out until 930.am but we were at the meeting point at 910 am. The driver left at exactly 9am or never showed up. We called at 9:40 to see where the driver was and to arrange a pickup as we were waiting. We were denied service and told our money would be refunded. Stay away from this company.”
