“I was very excited to go to the National Park; however, there were people who signed up for the activity who were not physically able to hike. We therefore were not able to go to the designated locations. This was not fair to customers who paid to hike to waterfalls/lagoons. The best part was the local lunch which was incredible. The advertised trip said 9-10hours but we spent close to 13 hours not getting home until 9:30pm. It took a full day of vacation, and we spent almost all of it sitting. My purpose in doing this excursion was to be active. The company did compensate me which I appreciated.…”
